Helicopter TX

My Feedback: (3)
The way the "stops" are on the right stick are fine for planes but even in the past when talking with friends who fly helicopters just "get use to it."
I never liked it when using a simulator for helicopters. Is there a way to remove the stops inside a TX so that it is more realistic and free flowing without it springing back to the center with unwanted pressure?

By "stops", do you mean the ratchet on the throttle, which (at least in mode 2) is on the left stick? Normally a heli radio has just friction on the throttle stick axis, and smooth motion with spring return on all others. Frankly, I cannot imagine flying without the centering springs myself . . .
Or did I totally miss what you are asking?

your tx manual should have a section showing you how to change the rachet on the left stick and change the tension on the right stick (and for rudder on left stick).
You open up the back of the tx and look for the small screws that are attached to the springs which control tension, just tighten or loosen the screw until you get the desired tension. I suppose you could remove the spring entirely but then the sticks would just wobble around
