Default BOLT WOBBLES

TT MT 325SE-Donot understand why this bolt in the main shaft wobbles???
1) The Jesus bolt is at the top of the head.
2) There is another bolt on top of the 2 gear discs.
3) The final set screw is at the bottom to hold the center shaft in place.

Now here is my questions:
1) The Jesus bolt has threads from the head to end of the bolt? Shouldn’t
there be a shoulder from the head to the other side before the threads begin?
2) The bolt on top of the gears has the same situation (threads etc.) except it does not
fit snug. I have purchased new center shafts & bolts they all (between the gears)
wobble do not fit snug.
4) Bottom set screw, no problem

If you hold the Main gear to prevent it from moving, then at the top of the
head you rotate the rotors very slightly back & forth, I get play about
1/8 to 1/4 inch play?
If I tighten that bolt too snug, the motor will not engage.

Sure would like to know a solution.

When the jesus bolt is tightned does it clamp the head to the shaft? And I don't understand what you mean when you say you increase the torque on the bolt, the motor won't engage?

Not the top bolt, the one located next to the tail gear, just obove the pair of main gears.
