Just wanted to check with you guys to see if anyone is having the same frustrating problem that I am. I can not seem to keep the blades in track. In normal flight mode, my blade tracking is perfect... Switch to idle up... still fine... go into forward flight and tight turns in idle up and the tracking goes out. I can set the heli down, let the head spin down... switch to normal flight mode and hover... switch back to idle up and the tracking is fine again. This problem has been consistent with both wooden blades and now with perfectly balanced carbon blades. I have replaced the blade grips, blade grip bearings, and I have installed the KSJ thrust bearing kit. I have no idea what to try next. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks... Mike

I faught all of this for aobut a year.. did the thrust bearings.. and dampiners.. v-blades, balanced the full head, changes to a SS flybar and ergo 30 paddels, still had it..
my solution.. a q-tip and some black CA (tire glue)
glue the main barings in the blade grips..
the barings will slip a bit in there and throw the blades out of track till they slip back.. try it a 3.99 fix would have saved me about 175 in upgrades.. hehe but I love it now
hope this helps

PS. grab you blades near the grips and see how much play you have.. then glue and try again.. doesn't take much glue.. the black ruberized gule will give some.. but it sure worked for me!

Another Time I think you got it, I run about Ten gallons through my Venture and found that the bearing seat, the plastic the bearing rests in had worn. the bearing was good. From day one I have used the OS 46 and 570s, I now use 600s with the long boom conversion. My Venture has held up very well with this set up.
