Default Motor and ESC preference

I am in the process of building a 450 from the ground up and I am curious as to what motor and ESC people recommend. I am looking at getting a Scorpion HK-2208-3600 Brushless motor although I am open to suggestions. I would also be interested in an ESC to go along with it. I would like to get something affordable but decent. I will not be doing 3D.

Thanks for any insight you can provide. If you have any other comments to assist in my build I am all ears

What Heli are you building? The HK-2208 is to little for a 450 size Heli.

THanks for the input. I was looking into a similar matchup so if this seems to work for you, I think I might give it a whirl. Thanks!!!
