Sorry, I didn't mean the canopy was garbage, looks good actually, I was referring to the nexus being worthy of the trash can.

Please see the canopy made by the fabricator maybe you can understand why I made it by myself!

Another question:
How much it is you think? (I mean the only the body of the heli not include the engine)
Just guess!Notice: it's cheap!

Accturelly, this is Feiba. Maybe nobody here heard of this. this is made in China. The body of the heli not more than $100, include blades and canopy. It's almost exactly the same with Kyosho.

You mentioned that it was garbage STD22, that's why I called you out.
The Nexus 30 is a fine trainer helicopter, thousands of people got started in RC heli's because of the Nexus (I personally sold over 20 of them on ebay, my customers never had a single complaint with that heli), no one ever said that it was "worthy of the trash can".

That's great. I have never heard anyone say anything good about that heli and you have never heard anyone say anything bad about that heli. To each his own opinion right?

STD22, IC now we're getting to the crux of your opinion. Perhaps next time you could say that someone told you the Nexus is garbage or because it's not a 3-D heli, it's "garbage can bound". Only then will people understand that you know nothing of the Nexus helicopter (now I'm beginning to wonder if you still fly with trainer sticks on that rapper of yours).
I personally have over 500 hrs actual flight time on this heli,,, an outstanding, basic, cheap, disposable, platform helicopter,,,no one can ask for better in this price range.
Oh yes, I've owned/ flown the raptor 30 and 60 as well. They are great flyers but are overkill for my low and slow flying preferences.
I've had my say, we can let this issue die if you wish. 22, ball served in your court.

While I agree that std22's remark was a bit out of context, as one who has more experience with the Nexus that I care to think about I will disagree strongly with the statement that "no one can ask for better in this price range."
Whether you're referring to the "old" price ($400+, which was larcenous) or the "new" price ($200 for the basic non-deluxe ship), there are alternatives for less money of better quality, design, and execution.
