The thought has crossed a lot of our minds, Flying 2 planes with 1 transmitter at the same time. Does anyone have a funny story of someone who actually tried this? (Don't try this at home kids!) :stupid:

I have thought about it, and the problem with that idea is that both planes would have to be identical (EVERYTHING).
If only one of them is hit by a gust of wind, then that's it. Each will go its own way, and it'll be pretty hard to get them both in one piece.
Somebody should try it though.

I have seen this. The guy was using 2 similar aircrafts (trainers) and the right stick was aileron and elevator of one airplane and the left stick was aileron and elevator of the other plane. Started both engines with one slightly more fuel in. He then flew them out of gas and dead sticked them one after the other.
The throttle was set so the planes were easily flyable.

Seen a lot of times a plane being flown by two transmitters.
