Currently I am working on two P20 powered projects and required pipes for the installations, there are a few pipes about on the market but one was too short and a little heavy, and one was very expensive!
As we (Richard Chant) and myself will be launching a new composite P20 powered jet shortly it made sense to look to make some pipes for this application.
The trickiest part is the intake bell-mouth, so following a few discussions and exchange of drawings with a metal spinning company a box full of gleaming bell-mouths arrived a short while ago. I hope the stainless pipes will be here tomorrow so I can make up the finished article.
I over ordered so if anyone out there wants a pipe for the P20 just PM me for more info.

What it weight?
Since you said other make it heavy and expensive.
I though my 15" double wall pipe for P-20 weight 4 oz it earn the light weight champion title. I be suprise you someone can make even lighter.
Must be using TT metal to drop another 30% in weight.

That why there is testing had to be done.
My had over 30 flights in the 1:12 scale F-16. It still hold up.
Goes up another .001" it not a problem and not add too much weight.
But it nice to know can do it light and get away with it.

I have around 45 flights on my Cougar now and I'm sure the small weight saving is not worth a burnt pipe! My moulded Cougar with big tailplane has no nose weight...

Tam have no experience of your P20 pipe so was not making any comparison, I know you have a good reputation and your products are excellent.
Anything made will be tested, as has been done in the past with other pipes - maybe even this week if all goes to plan and the weather behaves! The pipes are primarily for those who want to use P20 power in the new jet.
I will weigh the complete unit hopefully when the pipe sections arrive for reference.
