........leaky brakes in cold temps ATthe o-ring?
Setup is Tam F-16 wheels and brakes (Ibelieve the gear is Cermark because the retract frames are red? but the wheels are the white painted ones)
Of course the BVbrakes on my Bobcat do not leak at same temp but obviously the tolerances are tighter.
Ican confirm the cause because Ican heat the assembly with a hairdryer and it all but goes away.

Smitty,
I've got the same setup (Tam F-16) but the brakes aren't leaking in the cold. Mind you, by cold here in Phoenix I mean 50F. The orings are also totally loaded up with grease so that may be a contributing factor too.
HNY to you and Mrs Smitty. Regards,
Jim

Smitty,
I have a Cermark F-16 and had the same problem until I switched the o- ring material.
Either of these have proven successful from McMaster Carr
EPDM o-ring: 9557K289. $9.24 for 70
Or
Flurosilicon o-ring: 8333T336 around 10 bucks for two.
Don't forget some o-ring lube. 9463K33
Regards,
Mike

Molnar - thanks for your contribution to this thread - Ijust ordered from MC!
Your part numbers made it a 30 second affair!
Any advantage to one over the other material-wise?
