Anyone had any contact with Airpowernet.com? Placed and order from them and have not been able to get any response to emails.

I placed an order wednesday. emailed them on friday as I had not received their invoice, and got the answer the same day. So they are around

My experience is that a lack of response to emails is standard for them

But I have always received my order with no problems either!

Anyone in the USA been able to get an order processed from airpower?

I placed an order last month and received it in a few days. Very fast

Don't waste your time, ordered 2 weeks ago and have not heard a word. Sent 12 emails and no response.

Does anybody know where else to get spare axles for their hydrolic struts ?
I've ordered some but no response either...

I placed an order April 20th and immeadiately paid via Pay Pal.

I still have not seen any sign of my order. I sent this email to [email protected] requesting an update but have yet to hear anything:

I placed an order and paid via pay pal (please see below) one month ago.

I haven't seen anything yet. Can you please give me an update on my order?

If this is the MO, SOP, or otherwise business as usual for them this will be my last order.

A simple response to an email concerning a $200+ order that was immeadiately paid for would placate me....but alas....

Just an update-

Just heard from Airpower with an update. As I stated in the post above, that's really all it takes to placate me. Communication is key.

Glad you got a response, my order was only $48.00 charged to my credit card so they have not responded to my request.

Just put another order in with them and I received the email the next day witht he shipping total, and a shipping confirmation email 2-3 days later. So so far, all good!
