rick hamel , You are the Man. I used that same foam on my T-37 Tweet. Kind of a messy process.

Can you tell what you used to bond the emitters to the Aluminum heat sink?

probably a heat transfer epoxy glue unless the emitters are already mounted on a heat sink

Since I am running the diodes at low power I used hysol from Locktightbut not on the metal sectionused a heat conducting paste they sell
