It's getting time for me to Upgrade my radio. I've been flying with JR for over 15 years without
problems, But need to move forward. I like very much the MC-24 but I don't know if anybody
in the USA sells them.
Anyway I'll appreciate your recommendations.
Thanks;

I purchased an MC-20 radio (about 12 years ago). While JR made the electronics, my understanding was that there was a licensing agreement between Graupner and JR in that the radio couldn't be marketed/sold in North America. Fortunately for me, I occasionally travelled to Europe on business and I bought the radio from Gliders hobby shop in England.
I believe that Jack Diaz, myself, and one other guy (whose name escapes me) were the only people that I know who had these radios. Jack is from Venezuela so maybe he was able to purchase one there. Maybe you can send him a PM to ask him where he got his radio.
Of course, this information is dated. With the new global economy and internet buying, you likely could purchase one on-line.
Regards,
Jim
