I have some plans and some foam cores for a space shuttle ... I just need the inspiration and to get my gripen finshed and flown first ...

Should be fun!

Scott.

Finish up my YA F-15 with Wren 120 and should be able to start and finish (long cold winters in New England) YA AT-6 with 3W75 .

Hi Martin,

Yes thats correct, we both have an interest in water planes as well which is where I got chatting to him ... he was good enough to cut me some cores and draw up a full size plan wit an instruction CD at a a cost of course (I think he wants to actually market the plans at some point)

Glad to know it flys well, you say you have seen it many times?

Scott.

Your winter is our summer down here! Our winters are relatively mild, too (like southern CA)
so we don't hibernate during the winter, flying all year round.

My summer projects? Re-engine & paint my F-86, finish my scratch built Macchi 339
(what was going to be my first jet is now likely to be my fourth jet ). - John.

With my other hobby (SeaDoo's) we always get mad at the guys down in Oz. We start talking about "Winterizing" our PWC... and you guys always say... "Ha Ha, I just went out for a ride on a perfect day." DANG YOU !!!! (j/k) To make it worse, I grew up in SoCal. Now I'm stuck in Pitt PA, where the weather sux.

Well, I just picked up a used Wren 44, and I should have it next week... so I need to figure out what I want to put it in. BUT... there seems to be a lot of 90mm to 100mm EDF models out there these days. I really like the 50th anniversary paint on the Hawk. I'll post again when I figure it out.

i used to have the same mess in my shop (actually it was the dinning room)......... but i stopped building for everyone and their brother!!!! i build 6 jets and 38 gas/glow planes the last year before turning down builds, now the mess is gone, i build only for myself and on the rare occasion by special request from old customers but it's much easier to keep clean when i'm not spending 99% of my awake time building for someone else.

I've got two CARF Flash's on the way to me to do some rework on but they'll not be allowed to consume all my time and there will be NO MESS!!!! especialy since i've remodeled my house now that i've got the free time away from building and new floors and i've actually got a dining room table we can sit at and eat now.

Damn. I just added another one. Ripped the gear up on my F-22. Bad case of rectocranial inversion. The throttle should never be at idle on a 32# jet................

Finish 80" BVM F86 for a customer, repair a BVM Mig 15 for a buddy, build a BVM Sabre ARF, refurb my BVM F4, build a new set of wings for my BVM F100...don't ask, and build a BVM F16 for EVF power. Oh yeah, deer hunt and quail hunt in there sometime as well.....

Do some touch up work & cockpit detailing on my recently maidened JL-F-4 and finish off my C-arf Eurosport. I have a good head start
on the Euro ... so even with my schedule, it should be doable. A few random photos of where I stand at the moment on the Eurosport.
