I was getting the blue bars, too.  Went in and deleted the browsing history - all of it - so far, all looks normal again.

If i close the browser and restart it the web site looks normal. As soon as i create a shortcut the pages look funky again. I use Firefox and IE and both do the same thing.

If you still are getting them try erasing your internet browsing history. I haven't seen them since I did that.

IE9 user w/ all updates. Was getting blue bar as well. Same deal, deleted browser history (kept cookies), restarted IE and now its back to normal. Not sure what the deal was but it sucked. Also noticed that pics would open in same browser window, requiring hit to back button to get back to thread.. not tried it since deleted history..

I am running IE8. Did the 14 microsoft updates yesterday, and today I have the big blue bars.

My home computer has not had the updates and it is fine.

Closed IE, deleted history (twice) and for now it is OK.

I also did the 14 updates, had the blue bars earlier but now life is good again

Hi Guys, I have a Mac too, and I'm getting these ruddy blue bars, its only happening on RCU, Grrrrrrrr

I only get the big blue bars in certain threads.
Some never have it and others always have it.
Deleting history does not matter.
