Skymaster G2 F16 arrives

RE: Skymaster G2 F16 arrives
It looks great, Mark - I am on my second SM 1:6 F-16 now, the first one has been through 4 owners and is still flying, and I had
almost 200 flights on that airframe before I sold it. The "new" one now has about 75 flights, and I can see a G2 in my future,
and will follow this thread and look forward to hearing the details!

mine just shipped. Its a one of a kind Razorback theme. One of a kind because no one else has done it in the 1/6th scale. Since I'm from Arkansas it fits for me! I plan on putting the BF-300 in it. Should be enough power. What does the hive think>? LOL.

RE: Skymaster G2 F16 arrives
I originally had a P200sx in the G2, landing the F16 on high residual thrust was a slight problem in no wing conditions, I had even set the throttle to give me lower thrust at half trim , fuel was no problem as in 7 mins I only used top tank, I now have a Jetcat P180 Rx wow what a difference , plane flies so much lighter and the slow flight envelope is better, fuel consumption is the same, so Marc is thinking along these lines I think!
Good luck you'll love it Andy, it now weights light at 16.5kg no fuel, go vipers go.

Hi Mark - it was good talking to you and seeing you fly at Jetpower! I have ordered my G2 now, and have decided on the
Behotec JB220, that should give me more than enough thrust! I will do this one in a Norwegian scheme, maybe a little boring,
but that's the way they look here! Could you post or mail me some pictures of your install?
Best regards,
Tor

What's the thrust at idle on the 300? Might be an issue....

Pilot tw,
Can you give the information to us a little bit?
I already left email to you several times for my next project, but no reply.
I'm really really wondering about it. when do you release it? size.. and so on...

Well - my G2 arrived today after a LOOOOOONG wait - this will be a Norwegian scheme and the base colour was laid down by SM, but the decals
will be added here. I love the white U/C and the new metal hinges, as well as the added details on the surface and the chute tail. Now for a few
weeks of intense work to get it maidened before our Norwegian JetPower meeting (yes, we were allowed by Winfried to use that name!! )
Power will as mentioned before be a Behotec 220, no shortage of power and probably much smoother and faster throttle than my quite old
P180...
Work begins tomorrow and I will post a few pictures as I move along! Looking forward to having an F-16 in the hangar again!!

Love that T-33! The prop planes are nice too. I've been out with Gonzalo on a few occasions when he flew the A-10. It's awesome! You should get another!
