Default Servos for Skymaster Large Hawk?

Hi guys

What servos are you using for the Skymaster large Hawk?

For elevator and flaps I am planning to use JR 8711, but I am wondering if using the same for ailerons and rudder would be overkill. Would JR 8411 work ok?

Regards
Eduardo

I just finished mine and I used 8711 all the way around. I think it is more than need on the aileron and elevator but the 8411 are not that much cheaper than the 8711's So I jused 8711's. Some trimming is needed to fit the 8711 in the mounts, but its not a big deal.

8411s are enough for the ailerons, but I would use a 8711 for the rudder.

Hi

I am a Futaba guy and used 9156 for elevator and flaps, BLS451 for ailerons and BLS153 for Rudder.

IMy kit as 2 years old and as not yet been maiden. I have a P160 but the fuel tank is very small-less than 3 liters.

Do you have 1 fuel tank? Did you measured it?

Thanks

Nuno

Eduardo:

I'm using 8711's in mine. Same in all the other planes. For the money difference, I don't think the 8411 is worth it.

Why not 8911HV and no regulator.

I already ordered 8711 all arround.

I,ll use a powerbox, that regulated to 6 volts, so no need to go to Hv.

Eduardo
