This past Saturday after landing my JC Rabbit started it's cool down, for the first time ever I heard what sounded like a bad bearing in the starter motor. The turbine operated fine, no other issue.

I dropped Eric an email Saturday night explaining my issue. I didn't think I would see a reply until maybe Monday. Nope, I woke up to an email Sunday morning asking for the serial number, I replied Sunday evening. I received another email Monday saying a starter motor would be going out today (Monday). Well I assumed incorrectly that I may see it in 5 to 7 days, the starter motor arrived before noon on Tuesday... wow!

It took me until this afternoon to do the install.

All I can say is this excellent service is why I will be buying another JC turbine in the future. It could not have been handled any more efficiently.

Eric is a great guy, and watches his email even on the weekends, or during a holiday.

I had some problems with a Falcon... and he took care of me every step of the way. Can't go wrong with a JC engine !!!

I'm getting Mammoths in April...I've heard nothing but praises about how quick and smooth service is...awesome! That alone is why I sought out JC turbines. Well worth paying for a warranty transfer too, when buying used.

I have a Mammoth in my Firebird. Amazing engine. Smooth starts on kero every time,and serious big block power. Impressive transition/spool up and down time also. You will love the engine.

Eric is the best. The Jet Central service is second to none. I have several JC turbines and speak from experience.

I recently purchased a used Cheetah (with only 17 min bench run) and Eric offered to test run it just as a favor! Amazing. I did send it to him but also elected to pay a fee to have the warranty transferred to my name. I thought that was just awesome. My first jet engine.

Eric Also gave me some help over the weekend. I emailed him and quickly got a phone call back on Saturday. He goes above and beyond for service!

Now you all know why my JC Rabbit could not be bought. It's one of the best turbines I have. Steve. I had the same deal with a starter motor and like you, I didn't know the mail could move so fast but when they see JC on the label they know to put it on wings. Ha

Couldn't agree more with everything said here. Eric is always there to help and when he puts an order in to JC Mexico for a starter motor, ECU, etc..., it shows up two days later at your doorstep. Amazing service.
