Yeah...painful,
I was spotting for Lewis at the time of the crash. Some lessons to be learned from Lewis though, cool as can be while it was happening and afterwards. Later very careful in his evaluation after recovering the wings and examining them with David. Making good on this manufacturing defect (pictures) is a "no-brainer".

Just want to thank Joey, Nacy and the Barks club members for all of their hard work putting on the best jet event yet..
It was great catching up with old friends and meeting new ones...

Could have not had a better time!!! Event was fantastic. Once again the BARKS members went above and beyond to help JoeC put on the best Jet event EVER. Thanks everybody- I cant name them all as I will forget someone. I had a great time catching up with the crew. We finally got Vinny to leave Anazora for a jet event for the first time in 7 years (good work "T" thanks for heading up the Azanora boys). The Punks were just insane ( sorry it wasnt Enya like you had in the car Dougie). I cant thank Ali enough-best pilot in the world and just an outstanding person. What he did with the Mig was a concert. Thanks Dougie for the ShangraLa and the spotting. Russ- You still hung over???? Cant wait till next year. I am proud to know all of you. Scotty

Joe, Nancy and the Barks crew did an amazing job this year. I know Joe and has been busy traveling the country all year to promote this event. He does everything to the Max and it showed. It was great having "My Pal" Vincent come to the willow for the first time. Doug, Scott, Russ, Kmac, and Joe I wish we lived closer. Lots of Laughs.
It was great to see Scott get that Mig in the air. Ali did a superb maiden.
Steve Stricker flying his F4 was a pleasure to watch. He flew with great precision.
KMac, Col. Thacker and I had a conversion that I will never forget. I am glad I had a witness. Great memories for sure.

OMG, how to start….. what a BLAST we had! Thank you so much to JoeC and Nancy for an incredible event! Thank you to the BARKS crew! You guys did an amazing job and to Todd B. crew for keeping us safe at the flight line, and yes we like to confuse you guys with a little bit of Spanish at the flight line. The Atomic Punks was incredible, they rocked the field! My personal highlight was when I flew with Joe and Ali the 3 BIG….. A10s!!! I will keep the smile for many weeks to come!!!! That was 200% adrenaline for me and what a rush! I can’t wait to do it again. Thank you JoeC for the honor of the award you gave me! That was absolutely fabulous!
For me this event it’s all about the friendships we build! and we Thank you JoeC for making happened to all us. We are so lucky to have you as a dear Friend!
