It's a little goofy... and I really wish they would include a better manual with this radio, since some of the mixes ARE NOT very intuitive.
Anyway....
1) Set up your flaps, and ailerons in the wing type menu. (not as a program mix)
2) Use a program mix, and then mix the flap switch to the LAL. That will allow you to raise both ailerons. Also... you can assign this to a switch, to turn the mix on and off.
FYI: If you mix to the RAL, I will make the ailerons go opposite of each other.
I just did this myself, and I had to contact one of the Spektum programmer's to get an answer. I wish they would have just kept the terminology the same as the JR radios, where you mix FLP to FLPRN.

I don't think I'm understanding correctly.
Really there is no right or wrong... it's how you like it. But, if you set it at 0% at mid flap... then your first notch of flaps will have no crow. Then, from that point on, it will have crow.
This is why I put it on a switch. That way I can decide when I want to use it. AND... it's helpful during the setup flights. (It can be turned off if something bad happens)

I already setup my crown.
At the first flap step it has the crown set, at full flap I left it without the crown. I think it will work great. I will try it this weekend and let you know.
Take care
