Nothing sucks more than self praise. You take a condescending tone too much, and piss people off on a regular basis. Did you miss the point of how about saying, "nice jet, congrats!" The fact that we all like different colors is what makes the world go round. I think Dantley got himself a spankin jet!

I have been in the jet community a short time,I have been flying IMAC for many years, when I started with jets, different planes were recommended I have now owned five different jets and I wish I had known about the Shockwave earlier it would have saved me thousands of dollars . It has proven to be an all around airplane . Plane lands very very slow, flies extremely fast if desired, is very aerobatic, and having the IMAC experience I enjoy doing the precision sequences with it. I sincerely beleive that this plane is the perfect trainer for jet pilots with regular flying skills due to its stability at low ,medium and high speed . The variety of color schemes that I have seen are very well thought out.
Pablo and Scott once again thanks for sharing your knowledge and the customer service you have provided me. You have been absolutely great with all my questions from building to set-up and flying the Shockwave.
Thanks again
J.C. Alvarez
P.S. This hobby is all about people like you guys willing to be constructive not disruptive..

JC, I agree with everything you said and that is why I am so excited to work with Scott and Pablo. I put the Shockwave through a IMAC sequence and was blown away by it's precision. I think opened it up for some hot lapping and it excelled there as well. Can't wait to have mine airborne.

Of course I have been lurking about this thread. Looking good Dantley. Be prepared to have me asking even more questions than normal next time we fly together, LOL. For now I only have one question, why are there pictures of an Ultra Flash in this thread? Ha! Couldn't resist. Now hurry up and build it!

Erik, looking forward to flying with you again. My plan is to jump on the Shockwave this weekend and have her ready before the summer! I don't have an answer on the Ultra Flash pictures.

Good choice. I was very impressed by its huge maneuver envelope at BITW. Fast to slow, in tight to big air. It seems to have a very effective rudder. Pablo "showed" it well.
Plus one of the locals just got a used one, Kingtech 180 I think, and it looks great on the ground and in the air. The last time I saw it fly he lost one aileron servo, I am not sure what position it locked up in, or it may have been free floating, and you could see he was having to fight it, but I think due to its forgiving nature he was able to recover nicely. Very confidence inspiring.

+1, totally unnecessary comment by DiscoWings.
Nice Jet Dubd.
The green you used on there is almost identical to the green I used on my first Telemaster, Awesome :-)
Smokin Porsche too.
Good luck with the build and flying,
Here is the post reformatted to reflect a perfect world/Forum:
"cool, was the canopy already installed form the factory? Looking forward to your flight report, would like any comments comparing flying characteristics to a UL."
Was that so hard?

Dude, what is the point you are trying to make... someone has a new plane, they are happy, sharing it, enjoying it..> Then all you can say is you don't like their scheme.... Didnt your mom teach you the old "if you dont have anything nice to say dont say anything?" does it make you better to say that you dont like it? do you really think it makes dantley feel better?
Try saying something nice once in a while... after a few times, you will realize it actually feels good!!!! Congratulate someone on a plane even if you dont like it. Makes you a better human being..
Sorry for the rant. I spend a lot of time teaching these principles to my kids
