Thanks

Great flight, the PC-21 really looks good in the air. Wish SM would do a larger version. By the way, what five-blade prop are you using.

Hello David Jackson,
I video and posted and am not the owner of the PC-21. I did reach out to him. He is using "Falcon Five Blade Carbon Turbo Carbon Propeller – Size 24 x 23"

Cheers!

Hi how many minutes can you safely fly with a K100, 5 blade prop with stock tank?

With standard tank and throttle management, I usually fly for 7 minutes. (5 blade 24x24 JC Super Prop)

Thank you for your response, how much fuel do you have left after landing? Just trying to see if it's necessary to add a extra tank. Thank you

Nice flight, glad to see the left main gear finally down for your landing. About six week ago, my right main gear stayed locked in the up position. Five weeks later and roughly $700 for prop and repairs, ready to fly again. (I must love this hobby)

Hello David, yes it got a little hairy for a moment. Gear faults are not fun. Worse so in turboprops. they hate prop strikes. Need to make sure its all good before my next flight. Are you going to Kentucky? hope to see you there!!

Regards, Jose

Will be a spectator this year, and will attend the event on Friday, July 16. Hope to see some jet action, and maybe talk to someone about the T-One F-22.

It's normal to have to move the forward engine mount about 11mm forward to install the Kingtech k100TP in this model??

I didn't have to adjust the forward engine mount to install the K-100 engine in my first two PC-21s. My hope is that no adjustments will be needed in model #3.

‘Ok thank’s, the one I have is probably pretty old then, pickup from another modeler unbuild……and yes I start cutting the exhaust space…..thinking it’s a drop in…oh well anything can be fix just a little more work, that I wasn’t expecting…. 😌

I’m missing about 12mm or so for a 2mm gap for the spinner backplate….
