It`s the regular - not the SRS. So the most common way is (reciever - gyro - PB - servos) then?
My donky head thought the other way to be the most logical but thank`s for clearing that up.

Receiver --> Gyro --> Powerbox --> Servos

This may have been addressed already .....can you adjust the gains for each axis independent of each other (ie roll vs pitch)

With a blue com or USB lead you can adjust the three axis internal gain. but the gain channel on the tx then adjusts all three higher or lower.

So if the aileron needs the most gain (usual) then reducing elevator and rudder 20-25% internally will make the aileron the prime function. This takes a flight or two to adjust.

Mine was right were I wanted it out of the box for my T-One. I just use a slider to adjust up and down

Default Gain setup

i have one in my Shockwave and it seems to take all wobble out during flight except on ailerons. On high speed pass wings rock. I have gain set as low as 20 percent on the ailerons. All this in rare mode. Should I try heading hold? Will it make it better?

Johnny,

are the wings rocking because of the wind? If so, try increasing the gain on the ailerons to 25%. If you are seeing a high frequency oscillation, this means you have too much gain at higher speeds. To get rid of this, either reduce the gain slightly to 18% or increase the airspeed factor to 4. I don't recall if the smaller iGyro 3e also has the airspeed factor option, but if so, I'd try this first and leave the gain at 20.

Def not rocking cause of the wind. Will try and reduce the gain a little more. It's rock solid on all other axis. Except ailerons. Was about to give up on this gyro and install a cortex but I've seen others fly with it and it performs good. I'm guessing just a little more process to get it right than a cortex.

So so no on the HH function ?? Leave it all at rate mode?

It works fine in HH, heading hold releases and reverts to rate mode on that axis as soon as you move the stick away from center

When you say 20% on ailerons, that's internal gain. What is your overall channel % at

I use HH on some models (Mini Xcalibur) and rate mode on others (DJ F-35) Try both, and see what you like.

Johnny,

you can try heading hold mode for ailerons, but I wouldn't use it on elevator or rudder. If you have the USB cable or the Bluetooth software, I suggest to increase the aileron gain to 25% and leave the other axes at 20%.

Please also make sure that your gyro is mounted properly! If it wobbles around in the plane, it cannot function correctly!!!

thomas why would you increase the gain on the ailerons? The wobble is at high speed not slow. Shouldn't I reduce the gain a little on ailerons

johnny

and on BT device does it allow me to set stick priority? I couldn't find anywhere to do that ??

Johnny,

if you are sure that it's not coming from the wind and the wings are oscillating at higher speeds, then of course you are right to reduce the gain.

The iGyro does not have a stick priority setting like the Cortex. If you think that the controls feel too mushy, reduce the expo in the radio.

Guys one of my iGyro 3e's took a dirt nap it seems. No operation at all under power... I will need to send the unit in for service / evaluation. Is the only location the main Donauwoerth Germany location?

Also, I purchased a USB interface with the first unit I bought, but have never used it to this point. I was looking to make some fine tune adjustments on one of my other iGyro 3e's. I thought the download for the "Terminal" app or GUI was not quite located in the typically obvious places ont he website, as most websites have it. ) Anyhow, here it is in case anyone else is wondering where it is: http://www.powerbox-systems.com/file...x-Terminal.exe
