Default Cortex output frame rate?

Does anyone know the output pulse (frame) rate of the cortex? The rate the PWM servos see.

Thanks

From the manual:

Switching servo rate (PC software): can be selected digital (220Hz)/analogue (55Hz)

So that is 22 ms for digital. Right?

I think 220 Hz is about 4.5ms (1/220)

The slower, 55Hhz frame rate ( ~18ms) would be for Analog servos and would be the default setting for the Cortex. Digital servos can usually handle the 220Hz rate. If you have too high of a frame rate selected you will start to get very twitchy servo movements..

Never really seen the frame rate expressed in Hz. Was just wondering what the conversion was. 4.5 ms is faster than anything I got (or need). You learn somethin' new every day! Thanks for the help.
