Default Messureing the airpressure

Hi
I will messure the airpressure to the landing gear in my aircraft when i fly. I know Jeti has this option to do this.
But i fly with Multiplex new Profi TX16 and I love that radio.
So is there any device on the market that can do that with my radio?
Is Jeti MBar compatible with MPX?

Best regards
Jonas

Hi Jonas,

We are working on a sequencer that includes a pressure sensor for failsafe, and have telemetry output for Multiplex, Jeti and Futaba, we expect to be ready for sale in a couple of month.

Hi Gaspar

That's was really good news, I am looking forward to see it.
This is just that type of device we MPX pilots missing.

Best regards
Jonas

You can use JetiBox Profi with small Jeti R3 receiver and MBar air pressure sensor as standalone telemetry.

Fantasic news Gaspar!!

ever since the factory that produced the airpower EU5 vales burnt down we have had a big hole in the market for retract sequencing valves.

Thanks

Just curios why not use sequencing with the radio?

In my Jeti DC-16 I have 10 input electronic servo sequencer. Gear door and retract all can be executed by flipping single switch on the Tx.
No additional equipment sis needed.

Umm, a presumption that I fly Jeti....

When I bought my powerbox I passed up on the cockpit SRS with a gear sequencer because the airpower unit was working correctly, now it looks like I might need to replace it.

And i I don't believe that Jeti has an air pressure failsafe feature?

thanks

Mbar can provide a low air pressure failsafe

Not just that, you can execute functions according data inputs. I have set up my air pressure sensor that it gives me 3x (Drop Gear, Drop Gear....) warning at 50psi, at 40 it will drop gear no matter what and it also lowers the throttle to 50% automatically. No fun to drop the gear at full speed.

Hi Gaspar, if it had an external output it would be very useful. Model jets are getting to the size that we can afford to instal an onboard air pump. So I want a device that will simply run the pump if the pressure goes below set limit and switch it off again when it hits the high pressure mark. I also use Jeti and the Mbar sensor could do this via the radio, but it seems to be making it it more complex than it needs to be.
