Update : Just told that the Fireworks show at the lake has been cancelled.. The City of Waco is still having theirs, Not sure when or location. Will update with any new info.

Ridgewood Country Club Confirmed that they WILL be having their fireworks Display at their location on the Lake, Which we should be able to see fine from the Field,,
They will be having it Sunday Evening July 3rd,,

There ya go, 800ft paved runway covered Pitts,Jet flying, Good Friends, Good times, and FIREWORKS,, not much more you can ask for from a Texas Field in July,,, And this aint even our jet rally that's in September, this is just how we do it here in the lonestar state,, Robert I hope you brought Some Fish, Cause I'm gonna ""put the hurt on em""

Well the turnout for a Waco weekend was fantastic. 23 pilots showed up from the DFW area, Houston and Austin. Robert and Dan put on a really good fishfry. Thanks to Ronnie and Debra for the desserts. The cheesecake, lemon cake and the funny brownies were great

Thanks to all for a really great flying day with a great bunch of people. Great turnout and weather with a friendly wind straight down the runway. Managed 5 flights on the Hunter - have finally found a cg that works.

Just got home, had a great time !! The food and company was great as usual. A little warm but everyone still had a good time... Next time homemade ice cream will have to be on the menu !!! Thanks HOTMAC for the great facility and the smiling faces !!

Had a great weekend, Lot of fun, lots of good flying, Lots of jets, Such a good time and great group of guys,.,, Thanks to all who made the drive to Waco, glad to have all of you, Special thanks to Robert, Dan, Doug, and Bob-O. The fish fry was fantastic, and My wife who made desserts for the fellas. We had all kinds of planes there, Robert flew everything from a 50% CUB to his new F16, I thought I was watching a real thunderbird solo!! David from Ft. Worth Was screaming around with his Netherlands F16, Paul with his Hawker Hunter, Buck with his Rafale, Mike with his F18, Roger haulin around with his tiger stripe F15,, David with his T-38 , and on an on,,What a weekend,,
