Hello,
I like to plug my Gsu when I start my turbine. Is it possible to connect the GSU to the central telemetry unit for Digitech CTU turbines?
If yes how to connect,
Thank you

Ah, nice, autothrottle for CTU! Love it!
Dave
Here is a screenshot of the autothrottle on the TX. I did a simulation of the throttle response to airspeed to set up the PID loop. It's kind of fun to vary the setpoint speed (green needle) and watch the P,I and D terms and error signal on the screen.

Hello everyone,
I just received my CTU, I try to make it work with a DS16, with a kingtech 160 v2 but nothing helps. I have the CTU rx light blinking red. I can not see the CTU in the device explorer part of the radio At the connection level I connect the cable from the ECU turbine "GSU> ECU" CTU box side. Starting from the CTU box "receiver> expander 4" which is connected to the output ex of RSAT2. My radio has the latest update, I have the CTU.bin file in the peripheral of the SD card. I updated the CTU box with the latest file available on the digitech site. Do you have an idea of the problem.
thank you

I know that LUA does not work with the DS16, but the CTU works it normally. So why this one does not appear in the device explorer. I am with a Mercury srs powerbox pair with 2 rsat. Desolate for my english but I am french

i will only answer on this forum if that is ok , since you posted onFacebook , Jeti forum and here...
Now first.
you can NOT use the CTU connected to a Expander and then to the powerbox, what you are doing is dangerous..
you can ONLY use Full EX on this system..
let me explain while UDI is preferred by Powerbox , this is a very old and obsolete protocol.
i would SUGGEST you change it to EX only..
get a Rex 3 - A20
you connect Port 2 as a EX bus to the powerbox.
you connect the CTU to port 3 in EX mode on the Rex 3
You connect your expander to Port 4 on the REX-3
you use the Rsat as a secondary EX receiver.
this way is safe and your system will work...

Okay, I would only go through this forum, So I will buy a rex3 to be able to hope to use the CTU box. I find it a pity that powerbox does not warn us of the danger of the thing.

I'm sorry but I just watch on my powerbox but the EX protocol does not appear. This one offers me only UDI, sbus, dsm2, dsmx and protocols for graupner. Desolate but I have to choose which one?

Hello everyone,
I finally managed to run my CTU box thanks to your explanations and the purchase of a REX3-A20.
I have the feedback on my DS16 "EGT, rpm, V pump ...", I just miss the return status of the turbine "Trim low, start, run ..." I seemed to have read that I could get back info on my radio.
Can someone help me,
Thank you

State numbers for Kingtech G2 (this can be found in the json files for the LUA):

with this list you can even let the DS-16 speak!
if you set a alarm (sensor = state = number = wave file
this is easy to be done on a boring sunday evening ;-)

I am creasy, graying to install the CTU whit JETI ds 24, cb 200, cortex pro and jet central rabbit 100
updated cb 200
updated receivers
updated CTU and DS24 with digitech archives
I can see on device explorer is stable and can change parameters on the CTU select jet central but in the APP appears ECU OFFLINE, check all cables and EXBUS in the port 15 on CB BOX.
I need help with this.

It might get too busy on the ExBus, I have one plane that is this way....confirmed you got an additional power cable to the Cortex pro?
If you have an additional power cable into the Cortex pro.......and if one of your receiver is a Rex receiver, connect the CTU into a spare ExBus port..
If you have 2 R3 that will not work since you don’t have a spare ExBus port....than try with any Rex receiver....

I am using 2 receivers 1 is 10 rex and 2 is 7 rex assist off whit CB200. I am using additional power cable connected to servo input in CB200. I will try in this moment.
