I need a little help here.

I purchased this CG system after some great deliberation between the two top contenders. The system connects to your phone for a display. It has been working very well to this point. I got it out for the first time in a couple of months and the system will no longer connect to my phone.
I used the same process and setup I was using with success to this point. An Android 6 phone. The battery for the meter is fully charged. I use the appropriate sequence to start it up. The laser turns on, but the system refuses to connect.
I have gone to the Digitech site and cannot find a help line to contact.
I have done everything I can think of, so help!

Not sure if your on Facebook....but Digitech is very response there....

I have been resisting getting involved on Facebook as the wife spends enough time there for both of us, and otherwise I probably wouldn't get any building done. I guess if that is my last resort I'll go there.
