WATCH out with this guy. He offered to sell me the canopy of an L-39.
I paid him. And although apparently he is in New York, the canopy never
arrived. He says he sent it. NO WAY. Any package from New York to San Juan, P.R.
the most is 4-5 days.
His name is Burnics Allen Williams

He is not the first one. There is another guy recently that tried to do the same thing, But
returned the money back.
That/s the way USPS deals with Puerto Rico.
By the way, there's NO tracking number for the package, even though I asked
him to send it.
Don't you think that's a little weird?????

I'm pretty sure that if you actually can ship an item to PR without tracking, it's going to take weeks to see it. The first year of covid, the post office wasn't guaranteeing anything but Priority express service. Priority two day was taking a week or two. The last two or three months it has improved back to normal service from my experience.

Another problem is USPS is unreliable in ever scanning the package if you do have tracking. I've had numerous packages that showed the label was made and is "pending" receipt of the post office. Only for the thing to never get scanned until the day it hits my local post office for delivery.
its been less than a week, even if you did agree to tracking and he misplaced the receipt, atleast be patient enough to allow the thing to run through the system for a bit.
I'd be more worried if your transaction is like a current one of mine.
Purchase the item w/ "free 2 day shipping". it gets "shipped" at 2am shippers local time (california) on a saturday. It then got marked shipped with no tracking information. When i asked them what the tracking # is, they say they dont get that until the shipping service picks it up and they'll tell me when they get it. When i asked who they were using, its been crickets ever since. Top it all off, that free 2 day shipping, there anticipated delivery day is Sept. 1, it was ordered Aug.19, that'd 9 days excluding weekends..

Guess I've been lucky the last few months. I sold something on that other rc website today to a guy in Washington state. So literally coast to coast. Signed on to my USPS account, did the click n ship thing using one of their priority boxes. Printed it out, put the box in my mailbox this afternoon for the mail man. Already tracking and left the local post office scheduled for a Thursday delivery. Like I said, I think they are close to being back to where they were before covid whatever that's worth Lol.

I ship packages by usps all the time. As soon as I print a label, I have tracking info. It will take a day to get in the system after they get the package, but you still get tracking before that happens. I don't believe people who say they don't have it until the package is picked up. If you don't have a shipping system and have to buy the stamp at the post office, you get tracking as soon as you buy the stamp. This works with FedEx and others as well. But you have to actually ship the package for anything to show up.
