Default Manual/program for Down and Locked Platinum Series?

I'm working on a plane with a Down and Locked "Platinum Series" controller in it. Seems like a quality components, but I cannot find any sort of manual anywhere to accompany it. I did spot a link on their website for a "Setup Software" Windows application (https://www.downandlocked.com/downloads/), but the link doesn't work. I've emailed Mitch at Down and Locked but while I wait for his reply I figured I'd reach out here as well.

Even aside from doing any programming in the controller via this setup software, I'd happily like to hear any insight this community might have about the controller, its features, and the variability of the installation options. For one example, the controller has separate ports for Receiver and Cycle Switch. Now, with every controller I've worked with to date, there is one cable from the receiver to the controller and that cable comes from the channel on the receiver (or powerbox/equivalent) that is associated to the gear channel - so these sound redundant.

Further, there are three ports for Nose/Rud IN, Nose St OUT, and Rudder OUT. I presume the intention here is to disable steering when the gear is retracted and thus accomplish it with only one channel utilized by the transmitter, but that is very easily programmed in the radio these days so my initial intention is to do that the way I always have and completely ignore these three ports. Am I missing anything there?

Anyway if anyone has some experience with this or a manual or a working link to the configuration software, I'd appreciate it! I'll attach a pic of the controller in just a moment as well.

It was a major headache but I did ultimately get a copy of some instructions and I found a link to download the programming tool. Try this link for the software download: Brushel Manufacturing

If you provide (or PM) me your email I can also send you a pdf copy of the instruction manual.

Best solution to your problem is to call Electron and get rid of your current headache which will not ever end with that hardware.
