Sorry, you must have misinterpreted my inputs to this thread as me expressing an interest in designing and building parts as a commercial venture for your A-6 project.

As I said in a previous post, I only build for personal pleasure, and I have no interest in turning any part of my hobby into a commercial undertaking.

While I am happy to provide suggestions to enable you to think about how you are approaching the A-6, I will not be taking on any part of it.

Would you recommend anyone...aside from Matrix's 14# chunk? He no longer has the g-code nor the same mill.

If you have the CAD files for each sub-component, then try emachineshop, or Xometry, both on-line machine shops. I've had success with both for my projects.

Prices can quickly mount up, but for small parts, if you combine them on a sprue that you trim off later, then that can help drop the price, as the sprue with your small parts then is considered a single part when pricing the machining work.

They use RoboKiller...Well it should be named call killer

I had to call 3 times...

1st: Hung up on me.
2nd. Accepted my name but would not accept retracts (keyword) as an acceptable reason for calling...
3rd. Accepted my name and this time accepted retracts then rang further to eventually drop my call.

Well, I suspect this is why his website has no references to what they have done...

They are "not" supporting vendors of RCSB...maybe in the past but they didn't for long.
