Default Miss Behavin' X45

Hi,
I bought this X45 from Mike at the. Jet Workshop in the UK. Super good folks over there. It is the 3rd turbine I got from them.
This one is about the 5th X45 I've owned. Its is the only one that has given me greif.
First start up the idle was unstable and it would flame out. Everything else checked out, no fuel leaks, good batteries, etc. So, I sent it back to Mike, He ran it and said it was good. He even double checked. I reinstalled it and sure enough it was okay. I got about 2-hrs+ of flight time and then it started to act up again. It was hot outside so, I changed accelleration and deacelleration perameters to HOT, instead of AUTO. That help for a couple flights, then the idle was unstable and it would flame out. It sat since August, until a day ago.
I pull the turbine out and put it on the test stand. Using the pump but a different hub and fuel tank - it started up and ran perfectly.
I pulled the entire fuel system out of the aircraft and leak checked it. It passed. I hooked the original fuel system to the turbine on the test stand and things got weird.
The start up proceedure began. The pump was pushing fuel to the turbine but it was not lit. A puddle of fuel appeared under the turbine, so I aborted it. I took the turbine off the stand and stood in on each ends to drain the fuel, but none came out, either end. I checked the fuel fitting and I think it was loose.
I tried again and the turbine started. It took a while for all the air to get out of the lines but eventually it was running good, But after a few full speed runs, the idle became unstable, I bumped the throttle and it settled in okay. At this point I thought a video would be good, so I started to record - however it never did the unstable bit again (it seems the act of observation, changes the outcome!). Also, I had reset the acc/deacell parameters back to AUTO.
I don't know whats going on. Its in a small Avanti, so I will test fly it some more.
Any tips are appreciated.

What oil and % are you using?
I only run the Green oil using kero or JetA at 3.8%, motors set to full auto my X60 has over 18.5 hours of trouble free operation.

Bob, I use the same and also have had much good success with that fuel-oil combo.
