So. Cal Jets -June 22-23, 2002
New for this year. To be Held at the PVMAC Field at Prado in Chino CA. Runway is smooth 800x60 some 50 of dirt overruns on each end. O.K. this will a more like a half and Half: Jet Together and Jet Rally. This will be a relaxed enviroment with not much of an awareness on competition. ALL AMA turbine rules will be enforced. If you look at the picture below the NO-FLY ZONE is the area where you see the trees (Bird Sanctuary) which is clearly way out of the way. As you can SEE (or should I say not see) there is NOTHING to get in your way unless you go way out of your way to find something. Pilot Fee will be $25 or $15 if you are a current CRCJA Member. You can email. Ralph "Turbulence" Salgado for more info or email me at: [email protected] You can also call me at (213) 280-5545 9-9 Pacific Time

Attention Jetwash !!
Please keep us informed of progress of your FC Mig 29 on that thread (for Fiber Classics Mig 29 builders)
Mine is structurally complete but I, and many others, are concerned about the hydraulics. !!

We welcome your comments ,

Default Turn out??

RAZOR: Well hard to guess but I will do a very low to medium estimate for you: 20 Pilots and about 40 Jets.

Doug, since Jason is coming, I know you love to take the sticks of the BobCat and he loves lending it out.

Default ?

Make that 21 Pilots and 40 Jets! Correct, I will be driving all the way from San Diego, (with no Jet on my person... wine, sniffle, whah!)) just to smell that Jet fuel and ask stupid questions

I need inspiration, and a healthy garage sale to get into the turbine crew... :stupid:

Looking forward to it,
james

Default Joey will come to play!

SDmaster,

I'll be there Saturday and maybe afternoon on Sunday (if anyone is going to be around). I'll leave the Hornet at home though...I've been having too much fun with the 3D hotspot.

See you there.

Yep, Joe will be attending. He will not bring the big red bird but will show off his thrustvectoring hotspot.

I just wanted to thank everyone involved for the great time I had at Prado this past weekend! The weather was picture perfect, and I got in a ton of flying. Thanks to Ken, Ralph and all the crew. You really put together a nice event. Hope we get to come back again!

And Daniel, thanks for the flights on your F-4. I'm not sure I can take much more excitement then that!

Now to get the Sabre done for Whidbey.
