To everybody
I am WAY behind on things I promised to send, checks, info, manuals, etc. My mother had eye surgery and I have been helping her get around. She didn’t get around well before it. My health has not been that great either. Except for a few brief moments I have not been out of the house in two weeks. So I beg all to hang in there. Ill get the stuff out or ill be dead. One of the two. Thanks Ken Bkf
No I do not owe money to anyone. The checks are for things I want to buy. K
As a personal thank you for your understanding no one owes me any postage or anything. (So get that thought out) I just ask that things get returned the way they were received.

If you use high pressure pump or high pressure air compress on the smoke tube. You will get much thicker smoke and use less smoke fluid.
I got 24oz on my roo. I run dual smoke tube and get 2 min.
Tony F. really hate to fly with me. All he see is thick smoke.

Im just playing around right now. Im going to try air at 200 psi (24oz's) and Co2 on the next try depending on how air works. I just came up with a very light yet very capable container And infact just finished drilling and taping the molded container valve I made. Don't worry ill share all I find. Highest bidder below a dollar can have the design. I do it for fun. Thanks Ken
John: You don't need one right now because buy the time you finish playing with your primer it will have been the 6'th coming of Christ

GD smoke systems, I hate 'em! I want to look at my airplane when I fly, not a stupid trail of smoke! And I prefer breathing halfway clean air. At every meet somebody with one of those GD smokers has to light it off in the pits. If I wanted lung cancer I'd buy cigarettes.
Of course, when the smoke will be coming out of my Phantom, it'll be cool!
Remember John VH. No Topcat flying @ Whidbey and you'll be owing me big. Seemed like no problem three months ago, hey?

Im done except for paint. I was fine tuning the radio to the plane today, working on small concerns I had. I also moved the UAT today. I needed the space for a smoke system. It would have made it’s first public event tomorrow except the event was moved cause of the 4+ inches of rain. (the good news is I got a call from the camcorder fix it place) After two months my camcorder is fixed. $350 for a $2 connector. Oh well. And my general lack of ability. See you guys have talent, I don’t. But I have fun with everyone.Had to add. I would be honered to have all of you guys at the
"Maiden" I know it can't happen but I can say it.

I tell you what......scrap the smoke system for now and just learn to fly a turbine plane. Get it ready for Winimac and bring it to the event. The Mississippi Gang will be there on Wednesday. If you don't want to fly the first flight on it one of us crazies will fly it for you. (Just don't give it to Dennis or he will have it doing chicken flops on the first flight!)
It's time to quit putting it off ........ if your skeered say your skeered!

Hi David:
Say, what motel have you guys chosen for Winemac. I'm probably bringing my wife/spotter, so none of those "pay-by-the-hour" crash pads=== and whose in charge of bringing mudbugs and boudin---Oh, I forgot, it's illegal to transport them things across the MS/LA state lines.
Is the field gonna be open flying starting on Wednesday or Thursday?
Tom

Tom,
We are staying at the Comfort Inn. No mudbugs, I had some last weekend and they are now out of season. (They were good too!!!!!!!!) I talked to Tim yesterday and told him we would be there sometime Wednesday, hopefully we will be there in time to get a couple of flights in. I am pretty sure Tim also said we could fly as much as we wanted from whenever we got there. He also said something about painting a spot landing box on the runway. We will of course have the tater guns and a whole lot of ammo.

I pushed a couple side jobs out of the way and have a Fly in at our club the next two days which has taken up my time, and of course I had to tip over my heli on a botched auto/dumb thumbs, so had to fix it to fly demo's this weekend
I AM going to only work on the jet next!
There is supposed to be a guy coming down from canada to our fly in with a turbine, if he does it will be the jumpstart I need to get on it.

Thanks for the info David.
Even without the bugs and boudin (unless Eddie's dad shows up of course) it sounds like too much fun again.
I have to leave early Sunday morning for a granddaughter birthday party, but plan on getting in on Wednesday.
See you all there------been practicing those x-wind spot landings on the marked off grass. I still stink, but I am improving. Gotta get some more tips from you and Vern. No magnetic runway lights is also going to help.
