I had been using them on Rx and ECU.
Just pay attention when you charging them. Charge NiMH in low current. I charge my ECU 3300 at .50mah- 1. It take awhile to get fully charge.
If you charge at higher rate. It only can charge 30-40% of the capacity.

Been using 6 cell, 3300mAH NiMH cells in electric RC cars. These battery packs are matched cells and are offered by SMC Batteries. Can be charged at 6 AMPS! Priced at around $40 - $45 per pack.
