Did you go to Robart? I dont know what their deal is but I went there a month ago for some retracts, the guy on the phone said sure it will be a week or so before we send them, I said great thats fine. My Card got charged the same day. 2 weeks later I get a refund on my card with no word on why[8| That was the end of those retracts.
Anyone have them do that?
