RE: Ultra Precision Valves and Spring airs
I can't answer about that specific valve but I can say what I have working in my A-10. Air up / down mains and Spring Air air up / spring down nose gear.
The up line is t'd to run all three gears. The air downline ONLY runs to the mains. If your UP valve has seperate ports for main and nose gears then the air down port for the Spring Airs would just need to be capped off.

You might have a problem with your doors if they are both air up/down. If you get a leak and the spring airs pop down, it might damage your doors.

RE: Ultra Precision Valves and Spring airs
I'm running Robart mains, and a SpringAir nose retract on my Rafale, and I use the same UP Air Up, Air Down valve for both. I just don't run the down line to the SpringAir. It works fine, but I had to put an in-line restrictor in the up line to the SpringAir as with the needle valves set for a smooth Robart retract and extend speed, the SpringAir was to abrupt.
I use another UP Air Up, Air Down to control the doors.

At least that is how I understand it
