Anyone see NBC? morning show on the new exec jet? An 85 pound engine that puts out 750 lbs of thrust! Has,according to the developer, an all glass cockpit using off the shelf stuff and some new type of welding process. They have a nice web site with a virtual tour of the interior.

Yeah I saw it and I ordered 2 of them. But I have to wait 3 years to get them. Soooo I picked up two more paper routes

I sat in one of these at the NBAA, the interior is very small, its like you have to crawl in to the jet. For money 840K its not bad nice avionics, it will interesting to see how there support (and they dont mention anything about it on there web) will be set up once a customer buys one.

what is it a BVM kit ???

I'm thinking 85 lb. engine plus fuel, Kevlar/Stainless steel backpack, helmet, goggles, and... Whooosh! Instant "jet pack". (Maybe some fireproof pants, too)

You might need a waiver, but they'd have to catch you first.
