Default Jr 8417 ?

HI all just bought 2 servos JR 8417's and then todayI was talking to a old hely freind of mine and he tells me that JR recalled the 8417 because of bad moters, is this true.

Yes, but this was about 18 months ago.. Unless these servos have been sitting on a shelf untouched for a long time, you're fine. The new motor 8417's should have a sticker that says as such on the box.

Default Jr 8417 ?

I have one on each of my Bandit elevators and one on the rudder. 280 flights so far, no problems. I had received the servos before the motor recall, sent them back and had them serviced.

I really like these servos, they're very fast and precise.
