Default Ramtec fan mounts

This is a question for those that have used Ramtec fans. How do I mount it to the fan rails? Am I missing something here? ( see pic. ). I got the screws and the washers but I think I need something more.

It looks like you are missing the vibration dampers. Check with Top Gun Aircraft or [link=http://www.aeroloft.com/index.html]Aeroloft[/link] for starters.

As Cobra Jet says, there should be some rubber grommet vibration dampers.

I would use them as the fan does spin pretty fast and it is very difficult to get them 100% balanced. Also it is a pain without them as the holes are too big (as you have probably found).

Here's a couple of pics that show the bits you're missing. Hope this helps.
