To All RAM Customers:

As previously stated in other threads, I will be servicing all RAM engines. In light of what has happened, I'm diligently working to set up a quality repair station as fast as I can. For the time being, I will only be working on repairs that do not require balancing until I receive the proper equipment/machinery.

For those of you that have shipped your engines to RAM, I will be picking those up this week and will be contacting you shortly. I ask that we work together so we can make this transition as smooth as possible.

Please contact me with any questions or concerns at [email protected] or by phone at 786-556-3243 or 305-387-3243. (Keep in mind that I will have a new phone number in the coming weeks which I will post here.)

Thats great news Carlos,

Good luck with your new business. I think you will be able to help a lot of jet flyer's out there, and not only RAM customers. I know of at least one other manufacturer in desperate need for your qualified technical expertise.

Hey Carlos,
This must be the best news I've heard all week. Thank God you stepped up to the plate. I'll be calling you soon for servicing.

BTW, are you still manufacturing exhaust pipes? I'll be needing another one in a month or so.

Best of luck, buddy!

This is really good news. My engines are OK right now, but some day they will need sevice. It is good to know there is a place to send them.
