Can't do 28th Nov - daughter's birthday party's on that day...might not be too popular if I'm not there! I'll try and drag Paul L down for the December one (is that B&B right next to the Cherry Tree pub still going? Spent lots of time there when on detachment at Bentwaters and Woodbridge in the early 90's!).

I'm nowt to do with the JMA anymore so dunno much about its website, except that the site address has changed to www.ukjets.co.uk.

It's quite a trek for us guys. We are all based around Leeds but I will ask. It looks as if you have a similar set up to us. We use Elvington and pay by the day. But if you fly jets there is no real choice.

You have done a good job in recruiting your troop's.
As this is the first Monthly Meeting and being of short notice we will take the entrance fee on the day.The entrance fee is Twenty pounds a head.We are trying to get about twenty or more so we can cover the Hire cost's of the Field.Will need all Car,Van REG Numbers for Bentwaters.
The next Meeting we will require the money before.This meet we want see what the response is,and hopefully next year some time we want to hold a full blown {JET SHOW}with{PUBLIC ATTENDANCE}

We want Bentwaters to be a Monthly Meeting,but it all depends on the response.It would be such a shame to miss out on this Venue through lack of Interest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.The site is perfect for Jets.In the Summer months we can have it from 7AM TO 7PM

HI all I think today went quit well for our first meeting. Most people seamed happy as we had very little negative feedback. Their will be a some changes for the better. IE the flight line will be moved down to the interchange.That way we will have more air space plus it will clear every body of the runway. and we wont have to walk a cross the grass. So please give us your comments and we hope to see you at the next meeting. By the way the date for the next one is on the 19 of December and not the 18 it must have been the cold I couldnt think strait. So thank you to every one that came. Hi all,
I would like to thank everyone for coming along to Bentwaters for the first of our monthly Meeting's.
The Weather held out for us till about 3-30But we were still flying at 4PM,I think Ali needs to get lights fitted to the New Skymaster Hawk.
Hopefully we will have the on site Cafe open for us next MonthAnd be able to in out of the cold and enjoy some Bacon Buttes.
I will post some Pics ,they are a bit grainy ,they are still's from the Camcorder,So if any one has got some more pics please post them here along with all your thoughts from the day.

Well done to Grahame and Barry.
A great venue and nice and relaxed flying. Even with the boy there. The Al's Hobbies Militia throughly enjoyed the day and look forward to more in the future.
FYI The new hawk already has the mounts for a halogen lamp in the nose
