Wondering if the Landing lights, Nav lights, and Strobe systems (like from Ram or other manufacturers) can possibly cause any problems/interference with the reciever or the turbine ECU ? I am considering installing some ....... but if there is even a very slim chance of a problem, then I will pass. Thanks. Bob

Bob, I've used a strobe, a rotating red beacon and non flashing nav lights on a scale Eurofighter powered with a JetCat 120, 160, and a Simjet 3000. I've had absolutely no problems at any time with the lighting systems. I was a little nervous at first also, but did a range check and then flew repeatedly with no problems.
BTW, I'm working on a FiberClassics MiG15 that will have strobes, nav lights, and a beacon. I think if you install the lights, route the wires away from any ECU wires, do a good range check before you fly, and you should be OK.
Good luck, Les Morrow
