There are some great gas pump solutions, but at $200 bucks thats too much!
I made my own solution with a Sig Gas Passer, (8) 2300 mah NiMh cells from Long's. I also bought a small project box to mount the spring-loaded switch (from Radio Shack) (the spring turns it off, so it cannot accidentally spill gas, and the box is so the spark from the switch happens in the box and cannot ignite the fumes).
So far I have pumped about 10 gal of gasoline through it, and I like it.

McMaster-Carr has the right pump for our needs.
Catalog # 8220K32 goes for $46.97 ea. This is a very commonly used pump for RC jet fueling.

and the box is so the spark from the switch happens in the box and cannot ignite the fumes).
Don't count on that! Unless your box is rated for a Class 1 Division 1 explosion proof environment it won't prevent an arc producing device from igniting a flamable gas. A better solution is to use a switch with sealed contacts but even if that is not intrinsically safe you have the potential for an explosion on your hands.
