I am planing on getting my turbine wavior this weekend in Austin and need to know what forms do I need to bring and were to find them in the AMA web site.

I will have the forms available for new turbine waivers. I will also have the renewal affidavits.

A notary will available during the event in Austin as well as all of the events held in Texas this year.
