Yes, this will be my first turbine project, I have been flying D/F for the last 2 years and I'm done with that, so done that I sold 90% of my D/F stuff including the fan/engine/pipe combo that I was flying.
Can't wait to burn some kero.

I sure learned a lot from the D/F, specially patience, I saw the Roo tonight and I think I'm getting a great deal, but since I don't have time to work on it this week I will pick it up 'till Friday.
A the moment I made a list with the help of a great friend of some of the things we need to get this project on the move and ready for Fresno, Yeah baby

Enrique I will keep you posted.

Hay Carlos,
How is my Roo doing??? I figured it would be easier for you to pick it up at Marks so I took it there Sat. for you. I found a new place to live today so the timing could not be better as the money from that will pay my move in costs
Give me a call if you have any Q's.

OK.
It's 2:50 Saturday in the morning, I finally got some work done on the Roo, wife and kids are in bed and I had a good 3 hrs. of work done, Ailerons are glued and also the gorilla glue is inside the leading edge, inspected the landing gear, not much but it's a start. Tomorrow I'll try to get at least 6 hrs of work, that should move it forward.

More pictures.
Take a look at how the gorilla glue expands when its drying, I added some in the leading edge 'cause I saw pictures before of delamination at that point, I was going to add glue to inside of the nose 'cause they used to delaminate there too but I notice that the factory added a strip of fiber glass at the join to prevent that from happening any more. Here is some of the cable clips that I'm going to use for my wire installation all came from radio shack.

The wings are done, I just need to make 2 new push rods with real hardware, I was missing an alignment brass tube so I just cut one out of a piano wire rod that I have, fits fine, the canopy is nearly done, it only needs a spring loaded locking pin and some paint to make it stand out from the rest of the body.
I put it all together and took two steps back to dream of what's to come, and...ho man, this thing is big, the wing spand is huge and my place been so small, it takes all the living room which is also my building area.

Thank you for the pictures, good help, I will also be using the Gery miller tank and for what I can see in the picture I will not have any problems with the air brake horn, can you tell me how do you hold the wings to the fuse and you can post a picture of it showing the installation of the screw, I'm debating on how to do it.
Are your battery packs in the back compartment?, and how big are they?, how about flight time?. Oh man all these question.
Thank you.

Cars II, for now I'm using a long 5mm ball end allen wrench. It's tedious inserting the wrench inside the wheels opening. My hand is not that big, but take me few minutes to catch the screws and titght them on. The better is to make an opening on the bottom of the fuse near the wing root when the bolt is. Look where is the screw and the ball link. That is the spot where to open the little channel. I still need to do it.
My battery packs are on the center of the pockets that the plane has. Look the pics. I made a access hatch for the batt. I am using tow 40000ma duralites one for ECU and one for RX. To secure the batterie hatch I install a blind nut in the underside of the turbine mounting block.
About flight time I am flying 7min about half throtle and still have more less half tank. If throtle is handle carefully you may get to the 10min flight. Hope this answer you questions.
BRGS,
Alejandro
