hi

one of my F-16, tail fin with .75 ounce cloth re-enforced with balsa makes a very light , strong and rigid rudder and fin assembly.

also some jigs make working on the f-16 a breeze the wings and flying stab practically line them selves up.

another picture of all the bulkheads in place with control rods leaves gobs of room to install up to a 5 1/2 fan and retracts

weght to this point with servos and battery pack 6 lbs and very very rigid wings are .75 glass cloth with a composite main spar

Not to sure about the pushrods you installed as might have some excess movement but at least pust some more reinforcement near the end of the pushrod tube. Rick
