Hi Torkrolln32,
I saw no one responded to your question so I thought I would try and help you out. I have a couple of unstarted Regal Eagles but it took a while to find the manual. Only one mention of balancing in step #78:
โ Balance your model by measuring from the trailing edge of the wing (not including ailerons) forward 11-1/2โ. A slight nose down attitude is perfect, but remember if you are too nose heavy, then the jet will not take offโ
I assume that TE start point would be closest to the fuse. I hope that helps. You might want to contact Bob himself with any questions at www.rcjets.com. I have found that he is great about answering them.
Good Luck
Steve
