I have the Futaba 9c,how do you change the 20% that is preset by Futaba in the throttle fail safe mode?

Frank, go into the failsafe menu and scroll down to the 20% throttle position. Then place the throttle stick in the desired failsafe position (idle) and press down and hold the joggle dial, the rotating thing. The tx will beep and the new value will be stored. So just position the throttle and press down and hold the dial until it beeps.

Frank,
Per current AMA rules the turbine must be shut off within (2 ) seconds of fail safe activation.
