Default The Wait is almost over

Well after waiting several months my PST Panther is finally here. Only trouble is that I can't get my hands on it!!! It arrived in town at 7:03 a.m. but due to the holiday, the fact that U.P.S. is not doing regular deliveries today and the weekend, it won't be delivered till Tuesday!!! How frustrating. I have an all blue version with full Scale options installed (Pre hinged gear doors, Speed brakes, Dive brakes).

I wish it was Tuesday.

Mine came in last Tuesday and it was worth the wait!!! Mine is just like your order, with all the goodies. I haven't had time to fondle it as I have family here for Thanksgiving, But will give it a close look Sat. eve as the family is leaving Sat. I also have a "Blue Tail Fly" here that belongs to my best friend.

Post some pics if you can. It can be a sneak preview. I am most interested in the dive brakes, speed brakes and gear doors. I hope the quality of their work here was worth the extra cost. Do the dive brakes have all the holes drilled in them?

Thanks!!

Dom,

"The wait is almost over" ?

Good luck, UPS have probably trashed your crate and returned it to sender.

I share your pain, good luck on Tuesday.

How much extra do they charge for the "Extras"?

Dom,
that is very exciting! I got mine a week ago. It is all silver., Please post pictures of your pre-insalled options when you can. I will be getting to those things soon.
Terrys build thread is an excellent place for all us panther owners to look. He has got the skills!
I love this plane and it has changed the way I look at the jet hobby. Scale planes look cool and offer another perspective for me. If it flys half as good as it looks I'll be hooked. !~)

The full scale option is $350 extra......a lot of money but after 6 months waiting for a blue kit I could not let it go. I wanted a stock blue kit to which I would have added these details. I did get an e-mail from the factory stating how rare these full optioned blue kits are and that a tremendous amount of work and detail has gone into producing them. I guess I will find out on Tuesday. I will post pictures and my impression of the kit, landing gear and pipe.

Dom,

I was able to look at the ARF and it's great!! The fit and finish of the speed brakes, gear door's and inner flaps look great!! Well worth the money. Everything is hinged very well and the gaps are tight and fit excellent. I don't have a digital camera right now, so I can't take some pic's yet. The speed brakes do have the holes already installed.[sm=thumbs_up.gif]

Don't tell us that you couldn't get it, we all know that. What we DO want to know is what kind of condition it was in after UPS threw it around, bottom stacked it, let it fall off the truck, let fall off the conveyor belt then had a truck back over it and blamed the total distruction on improper packing thereby turning down any and all claims! Let us know!

Yeah, I worry about that too. I actually prefer the Post office to U.P.S. anyday. They are fast, deliver 6 days a week and most of all careful with your packages. Two more days to go.

Mine came through in excellent condition. The box is very sturdy and the model is well packed in the box. This is my second purchase from PSTNA and they both came through with no damage to the boxes or contents.

My Panther came a day early and the box looks intact. Have to eat dinner now so I will unpack it after and post some pics.

Hi Guys.

There was a problem with my kit. That is all I will say at this point. Waiting to hear from Dean at PST or Ed at Great Northern.
