Lost all setting in JR 10X
Yesterday when I was playing G2 simulator with JR 10X Tx ,all of my 10 planes setting in the Tx disappered suddenly and the plane crashed in the same time (fortunately not happened in my 10K$ jet). Any idea ?

Usually, loss of all internal data is associated with failure of the small internal battery, as far as I am aware.

that is why the internal battery is there.

It happened when power on and the internal battery is OK (For checking internal battery's condition,I inputed new data and then turned power off. Till now, after one day, I turn on Tx and the data is still there, so I'm certain that internal battery is OK.)

true but you lose data until you powered off and on the trannie...
that is why the internal battery is there.

Like you said - that's why that battery is there - to keep the data safe even when the TX is off ... so when the battery fails, nothing is keeping the data.
