RE: Viperjet Skygate
Guys,
Does anyone have any video of this model or links to any? I spent all my time watching the Hawk at JetPower as I had ordered one and didn't see the ViperJet fly! I now quite fancy one as a little brother to the Hawk as it seems great value for money and ig it is built anywhere near as well as their Hawk it will be stunning!
Or, if anyone has flown one, how does it fly?? True and aerobatic or a bit couply and wobbly!? Low speed handling etc?
Rgds,
Mark

RE: Viperjet Skygate
Mine is now ready to go but I wait with the virgin till end of March.
What I hear from Uwe Puchtinger (Uwe has lot flights on the Viper) flight characteristics are similar with the big Hawk from the same company. Especially slow flights are excelent and very slow. Aerobatic performance is very good, but wihtout winglets.
About the kit; quality of parts are perfect (German quality), building instruction doesn't exist, ( no problem for a builder with experience)
Little small parts are inculded, but isn't compare with a complete kit from BVM.
After my first flights I will share my experience.

Hi Fritz,
Thanks for the info. Good luck with your maiden flight.
Would you be able to measue a,b and c for me please? I can then see if it will fit in my car!

Mark

RE: Viperjet Skygate
I also have teh Cermark Viper, and the one thing i think it could do with is lighter wing loading this one from Skygate is a great idea!
A bit pricey though, im guessing it comes out around the GBP2500 mark? Incidentally, i can only find a white version on the web site do they also do painted in the mould versions on request?
I dont see any video of its fltying would be very interested if anyone has any?
Right, back to getting on with the AW Hawk build...
